Frequently asked questions
The new version of Sitepass has been upgraded to evolve Sitepass’s unique capabilities used by our customers to manage their workforce compliance. The new upgrade introduces improvements to the user experience, security, performance and added new features our customers and users have been requesting to make workforce management even easier.

To login to the new version of Sitepass you will need to navigate to the branded portal for your client. You should have received an email with the link to the portal to login. Contact your client contact if you have not received this email.
Refer to the article 'Logging into Sitepass for the first time as a migrated user' for further information.
Yes. The first time you login will will be able to use your existing username and password.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgotten password link to receive an email to reset your password.
If you are unable to reset your password or if you have also forgotten your username, please contact the Sitepass help desk for assistance.
The new version of Sitepass requires all users to have a unique and verified email address. When you login for the first time, Sitepass will request that you update your username to a valid email address. If your current username is a unique email address this email address can be reused. A valid and unique email address is required :
- To reduce duplicate user profiles
- To ensure users recieve email notifications
- To support self service password resets
- Improve how support is provided to all users
- Reduce the need for users to have mutliple profiles if connected to multiple employers or hiring clients.

You will need to review your personal profile information the first time you login. This includes:
- Your profile photo: Your exisitng profile photo will be migrated over to the new version of Sitepass. If your existing photo is of low quality or does not best represent you, it is recommended that a new photo is uploaded. Examples of suitable profile photos can be viewed here: Example profile photos
- Mobile Number: Providing a mobile number is mandatory inorder to receive SMS notifications from Sitepass. Enter a valid mobile number.
- Full name: Review and update your full name if it has changed.
If you are managing your business account, will need to review your business profile information the first time you login. This includes:
- Business Logo: Review and update your business logo.
- Business Numbers: Review your business ABN or add additional business numbers
- Business Address: Reiew and update your primary business and mailing addresses.
- Industry: Select from the list an appprooate industry for your business.
- Business contacts: Sitepass supports multiple contact details to be added including phone number, website or emails. Review and add the latest contact information for your business.
- Business Description: Add a description that discribes your business and services it offer
It is recommended that you browse the knowledgebase for answers to your questions first.
The following support requests should be reported directly to your client contacts or system administrators:
- Questions regarding the migration of your profile
- New requirements assigned in your oboarding workflows (eg new forms or courses that need to be completed).
- Business processes or policies about your client.
- Changes in process when going to site (eg checking in at site).
- Sourcing approval for your submitted onboarding workflows.
- management of your connected profile.
The following support requests should be reported to the Sitepass help desk:
- Password and username resets
- Login and access issues
- Questions regarding using the Sitepass platform
- Reporting bugs or technical issues
The new version of Sitepass should contain all of your personal details, completed forms, uploaded documents, statuses and completed training records. Your client may have removed data or training courses or include new requirements to be completed as part of your onboarding. The article What data is included in the migration to version 3 details the information that would be migrated.
If you are missing migrated information or have questions about your migrated user profile, please contact your client contacts and system administrators for assistance
Yes. All completed training records will be migrated over to your new profile in Sitepass.
Your client may require you to complete new requirements such as training and forms new Sitepass system. New requirements to complete are listed in the Sitepass task lists on your dashboard and workflow overview pages. The tasks will display any expired records and new training or forms that need to be completed.
Yes. You can use the notifications feature in Sitepass to control what and when you are emailed about Sitepass related changes. Your notifications will be emailed to the email address you have listed against your Sitepass account. Navigate to My Profile to view the notifications you may receive and to update the notification settings.
Yes. All of your active staff profiles including their personal details, completed forms, uploaded documents and completed training will be migrated. If any staff profiles are missing please contact the client administrator.
Yes. The new version of Sitepass allows you to assign one or multiple administrators for your business. Navigate to My team, to assign any staff as a business administrator.
Yes. New employees can be invited to register in Sitepass. Refer to the article 'Inviting your team members' for a step by step process to invite new team employees.
Yes. All contractors and visitors attending site will be required to check in via the provided Kiosks (iPads) or scan the QR code with their mobile device. Checking in at site will allow us to monitor and manage the safety of everyone who enters our premises.
