These terms and conditions of website use (Terms) apply to your use of www.mysitepass.com.

The Sites are operated by INX Software Pty Ltd ABN 50 162 477 965 (we or our or us). Our registered office is located at Level 4, 600 Murray Street, West Perth WA 6005.

Sitepass is a registered trade mark of INX Software Pty Ltd and may not be used, in any way, without first obtaining a written trade mark licence from us. If you wish to enquire about using a trade mark owned by us, please contact contact@inxsoftware.com

Linking to the Sites

You may link to a Site home page, provided you do not do so in a way that suggests any form of association, approval, endorsement or recommendation of any third-party products or services offered by, from or through those sites by us.

The Sites may not be framed on any other website.

INX Software Pty Ltd has no direct control over the content of any linked sites, or the changes that may occur to the content on those websites. It is the responsibility of the user to make their own decisions about the accuracy, currency, reliability and correctness of information contained in linked external websites.

Links from the Sites to third party websites are provided for reference only. We have no control over the contents, availability or use of your personal/business/contractor/supplier information of those websites and accept no responsibility for them.

Users of links provided by this Site are responsible for being aware of which organisation is hosting the website they visit.

Variation

We may vary these Terms from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately on notification on the Sites. Your continued use of any of the Sites after will be deemed to be an acceptance by you to be bound by the Terms as amended.
